For Cascade Oil located in Seattle, we designed an aluminum array structure that fastens to the roof of this typical commercial building with out roof penetrations, this example of our innovative design simplified the installation and long term maintenance of this array, which was built using Silicon Energy SiE 195 Cascade Modules as well as their Power One inverter with a production incentive of $ 00.54 per kilowatt hour of electricity produced.

"I have always wanted to build a solar system for my home. I was raised on my families orchards near Lake Chelan, Washington in the early years of rural electrification and I remember small wind turbines that were used for lighting. My son still lives on a ranch that is completely off the grid in the Okanagan country and is dependent on solar energy for all of his electrical needs, he recommended Solectrix to design and install my system.
I am very happy with all of the work that was done for me. There is quite an array of documents that need to be submitted to different agencies but Solectrix streamlined the process. Because they are an electrical contractor, they did a number of small electrical projects for me that I had wanted for some time. We had the final electrical inspection the day after they finished and my new production meter from Puget Sound Energy was installed the following week. They were all very friendly and efficient from beginning to end and I do like seeing the service meter spin backwards and being a producer rather than a consumer!"
